inSIGHT was founded in 2022 as the only pre-optometry club on Northeastern campus!

Since then we have grown to include anyone who has an interest in eyes and eye care into our budding community!

The Principal Investigator at the Kwon Lab here at Northeastern came to speak to inSIGHT's members about the intersection of research and eye care as well as the use of AI modeling to understand the visual patterns of low vision individuals.

A representative from the State University of New York's Optometry School came to speak with us about the general curriculum at SUNY, what a competitive applicant looks like for SUNY, and avenues for other postdoctoral degrees at SUNY.

Ade Owolewa and Ijem Ozodigwe gave the members of inSIGHT a wonderful tour of the New England College of Optometry's Clinical and Academic locations in Boston as well as hosting a wonderful Q&A about the intricacies of Optometry school.
